Development Team Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying low-code applications.

• Drive end-to-end solution delivery — from requirement gathering and design to implementation and support.

• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, integration, and security across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7–12 years of experience in software development, including 7+ years in a lead or senior developer role.

• Hands-on experience in one or more low-code platforms: Unqork, Appian, Mendix, or Pega.

• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, workflows, and data modeling.
