Requirement: A. What we are looking for : 1. A person who has experience in replacing spares like motherboard, LCD on Laptops that belong to either of Lenovo/Dell/HP2. A Person willing to travel to different customer locations to carry out the service3. A Person willing to learn new technologies and prepared to become an Subject Matter Expert.B. Certifications: Certifications on either of the following is preferred and has an added weight age1. Hardware and Networking Certification2. Certification on PC diagnosis and Spare ReplacementsC. Experience: 1 to 2 years Products that you would be working on:1. Lenovo Laptops & Desktops2. Dell Laptops & Desktops3. HP Laptops & Desktops4. Microsoft Surface ProductsResponsibilities: Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities are defined as belowWhat you would do:1. Deploy Tools and run them to analyze the problems in the PC’s2. Make recommendations on what Spares to be replaced/procured3. Replace Spares inside the Laptops/Desktops4. Install Windows Operating Systems5. Participate in Discussions with the customer jointly with the Business team and provide necessary clarifications
