• configuration and able to support mail client configuration, ms-outlook.
• managing and maintaining antivirus security.
• monitoring and performance analysis of systems, user account monitoring.
• providing support for desktops, laptops, printers trouble shooting and inventory
management.
• problem identification and resolution and provide technical help to users
• configuring internet for lan configuration of the domain and workgroup creation & troubleshooting.
• resetting administrators password for a user's locked account.
• managing connection & troubleshooting of local area network.
• arranges for repair or replacement of defective it assets.
• user management:-create, change, and delete user accounts per request. resetting user
passwords, lock/unlock user accounts
