Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer to join our team in the Pharma Machine Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical design, with experience or a keen interest in utilizing SOLID EDGE software for product development. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill enhancement in the pharmaceutical equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Design and develop components and assemblies for pharmaceutical machinery, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

€¢ Use SOLID EDGE to create 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed engineering designs for machine components and systems.

€¢ Collaborate with senior design engineers to refine designs, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

€¢ Conduct design calculations, simulations, and testing to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.

€¢ Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and manuals.

€¢ Participate in design reviews and provide support for prototype development and testing.

€¢ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in the design process.

€¢ Provide assistance in the selection of materials and components for machine construction.

€¢ Support the manufacturing team with design clarifications and revisions as needed during the production phase.

€¢ Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

€¢ Hands-on experience with SOLID EDGE software (preferred) or other similar 3D CAD tools.
