Collaborate with the Sales department, understand the market situation, and ensure that production plan is aligned with it

Finalise the yearly production plan, break it down by quarter and month, and ensure that PRs are released as per this schedule

Perform capacity planning for the factory and ensure that the production volumes can be met

Order management interact with Sales, dealers, customers, external agencies and the Plant and confirm that information regarding availability of products is communicated correctly

Factory warehouse and inventory manage availability of parts and components by optimally utilizing the warehouse space

Plan spare parts availability and do kitting for supplies

Generate shortage list based on monthly production plan to be given to operational procurement
