M/S . STAFF SOLUTION is hiring Delivery Executives for parcel and e-commerce deliveries in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad).

About the company

M/S . STAFF SOLUTION is a Delhi-based, MSME-registered manpower firm. We place delivery executives with leading e-commerce and logistics companies and support every rider from joining to regular payouts.

Your role

- Pick up parcels from the assigned delivery centre and deliver them to customers in your area

- Collect cash on delivery (COD) where applicable and hand it over the same day

- Handle customer returns and reverse pickups

- Follow the route and the instructions in the delivery app

- Update each delivery status in the app on time

- Treat every customer politely and professionally

Earnings

- Per-parcel earnings of approximately ₹12-13 per parcel

- Typical monthly earnings of ₹15,000-30,000, depending on the number of parcels delivered

- Weekly or regular payouts as per the client's payment cycle, directly to your bank account

Requirements

- Age 18 years or above

- Own two-wheeler (bike, scooter or electric scooter) with a valid driving licence

- Android smartphone with an active internet connection

- Aadhaar card, PAN card and a bank account in your name

- Ability to read addresses in English

- Knowledge of local areas in your city is preferred

- Freshers are welcome; previous delivery experience is a plus
