Delivery Boy - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Boy to join our team in Marunji. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Package Delivery: Deliver packages accurately and promptly to various locations, ensuring that all items reach customers in perfect condition.

- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes for deliveries, considering factors like traffic conditions and delivery deadlines to optimize time and fuel efficiency.

- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers upon delivery, confirming receipt of items and addressing any concerns they may have.

- Documentation Handling: Collect and manage delivery documentation, including signatures and receipts, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check the delivery vehicle's condition and ensure it is clean and that necessary maintenance is reported or performed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a good understanding of the local area for efficient navigation.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in delivery or a related field is needed.

- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and managing delivery confirmations.

- Basic problem-solving skills are important to address any delivery issues that may arise.

- The candidate must be physically fit, as the job involves a lot of moving, standing, and lifting packages, and should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
