*job summary:*

we are seeking a reliable and efficient delivery boy to join our team. as a delivery boy, you will be responsible for delivering packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition.

*key responsibilities:*

- deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner

- ensure that all deliveries are made to the correct address and recipient

- provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

- maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that all packages are properly secured and protected during transit

- use navigation tools and maps to plan the most efficient delivery route

- collect payment from customers, as required

- report any issues or concerns to management, including traffic, road conditions, or customer complaints

*requirements:*

- valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- reliable vehicle, with a valid registration and insurance

- ability to lift and carry packages of up to 50 pounds

- excellent communication and customer service skills

- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- basic knowledge of navigation tools and maps

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

*preferred qualifications:*

- previous experience as a delivery driver or in a related field

- knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns

- ability to speak multiple languages

- basic mechanical knowledge, to perform routine maintenance on the vehicle

*working conditions:*

- work will be performed in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures

- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent stops and starts
