We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers. This role requires a commitment to customer service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Package Delivery**: You will deliver packages to customers’ addresses in a timely manner, making sure they reach the right recipient.

- **Route Planning**: You will plan the best routes for delivery to ensure efficiency, using maps or navigation tools.

- **Customer Interaction**: You will communicate directly with customers, handling any questions or concerns they may have about their delivery.

- **Loading & Unloading**: You will be responsible for picking up packages from the office, loading them into the vehicle, and unloading them at the delivery location.

- **Documentation**: You will maintain proper records of deliveries, including signing off with customers and keeping logs of completed deliveries.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a basic understanding of vehicle operation and road safety. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively. Reliability and punctuality are critical, as timely deliveries contribute to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the ability to focus and follow instructions accurately will be important.
