6. Job Responsibilities: -

• Make outbound calls to target attendees and invite them for events/webinars.

• Provide detailed information about events/webinars.

• Send invitations via email and proactively follow up for confirmations.

• Validate, generate, and manage the database.

• Work on CRM platforms to track and manage interactions.

• Create and submit a daily call report to the Reporting Manager.

7. Requirements: -

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to convince attendees.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Prior experience in telemarketing (preferably in the event industry).
