• make outbound calls to target attendees and invite them for events/webinars.

• provide detailed information about events/webinars.

• send invitations via email and proactively follow up for confirmations.

• validate, generate, and manage the database.

• work on crm platforms to track and manage interactions.

• create and submit a daily call report to the reporting manager.

7. requirements: -

• excellent communication skills in english (both verbal and written).

• strong persuasive skills with the ability to convince attendees.

• effective organizational and time-management abilities.

• capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• prior experience in telemarketing (preferably in the event industry).
