You be responsible to support and manage several hundred MongoDB databases across various environments and handling customer support and meeting their expectations.
In this role you Your main responsibilities
You be responsible for managing and supporting MongoDB support team within the company.
You also be responsible for handling MongoDB support, MongoDB patching, upgrades, migration, kernel patching and ensure PCI compliancy and remediate vulnerabilities.
You are also required to architect and develop efficient automation framework for better management of the MongoDB infra.
You be responsible for developing enterprise-grade distributed products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem.
You be required to follow and implement industry best practices for better time to market using latest CI/CD technologies and automate day to day tasks.
You be required to follow change management process, efficiently handle Priority Sev 1 PRD issues and manage 24/7 on call loops.
