qualification: bachelor’s degree+

computer proficiency: advanced excel/dtp, 30+ wpm typing speed

language proficiency: english (fluent speaking and error free writing), bengali, hindi

compulsory experience: bulk data collection and entry experience.

responsibilities:

· detail, error free customer data collection through visit/tele communication /email from our showrooms and marketing/sales department

· backlog customer sales data compilation from all department and interpretation in excel

· detail, error free data compilation in excel using advanced tools for easy reporting as per requirement of management

· communicating with customers for providing any missing data.

· error free maintenance of customer database with regular update.

. wishing customers on special dates and floating relevant schemes time to time through bulk sms / whatsapp as per instruction from management.

. customer data analysis as per requirement of management

salary range: ctc ,67,000-2,25,000 per annum + ta as per actual
