Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable *Data Entry Operator* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
* Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any incompatibilities
* Maintain and update records and files in an organized manner
* Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
* Verify data from source documents within time limits
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups
* Follow data confidentiality policies and ensure secure data handling
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed

### *Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role preferred
* Fast typing skills (minimum 4050 WPM)
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with administrative duties
