Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately input data into computer systems: As a data entry operator, your main responsibility will be to input various types of data into computer databases or spreadsheets.

2. Maintain data confidentiality and security: Ensuring that sensitive information is handled appropriately and following established security protocols to protect data integrity.

3. Verify data accuracy and completeness: Double-checking the accuracy and completeness of data entered to avoid errors and discrepancies.

4. Organize and maintain files and records: Keeping data organized and easily accessible for future reference or analysis.

5. Update and manage data in databases: Making necessary updates to existing data records and managing database entries effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong typing skills: Proficiency in typing quickly and accurately to input data efficiently.

- Basic computer knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems and software used for data entry tasks.

- Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.

- Time management skills: Capability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for data entry tasks.

- Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members if necessary.
