Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-proficient Data Entry Operator to support our school with CBSE-related documentation, data entry, record maintenance and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, update and maintain student and school-related data accurately.

- Assist with CBSE-related data entry, documentation and online portal work.

- Maintain and update student records, academic information and other required databases.

- Prepare, organise and verify documents as per CBSE requirements.

- Assist with uploading/downloading documents and information on relevant portals.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission.

- Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.

- Provide administrative support as required for CBSE-related work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / equivalent qualification preferred.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Sheets.

- Comfortable working with online portals and digital documentation.

- Good typing speed and high attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Prior experience in school administration, CBSE documentation or similar work will be an advantage.

Engagement:

- Part-time / Hourly basis

- Working hours can be discussed based on the school's requirements and workload.

- Immediate availability would be preferred.
