Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating various types of data into our systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to maintain data integrity. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into our database and other computerized systems.

Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors or inconsistencies.

Organize and maintain records of entered data for future reference.

Review and cross-check data to ensure its completeness and accuracy.

Prepare and compile reports, charts, and graphs based on the entered data.

Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to maintain data integrity.

Communicate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

Assist in data cleaning and validation processes to ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate data entry tasks and timelines.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy policies.

Ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner to meet project deadlines.

Continuously improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Proficient in data entry software and MS Office applications (., Excel, Word).

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
