- Responsible for accurately entering data from various sources into the company's database. This includes entering text, numerical data, and other information.
- Ensure data is inputted in a timely manner to meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform online data entry tasks such as updating databases, inputting customer information, and entering sales data.
- Proficient in basic computer skills to navigate software and systems required for data entry tasks.
- Ability to type in Hindi and English for various data entry requirements. This includes typing reports, emails, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
- Manage data effectively and organize files for easy retrieval and reference when needed.
- Familiarity with MS Office package to handle tasks such as creating spreadsheets, entering data into Excel, and preparing reports.
- Experience in offline data entry tasks such as transcribing handwritten documents into digital format.
- Expected to work part-time hours from a remote location, requiring self-discipline and time management skills.
- Must have at least a 12th Pass education qualification and 3-8 years of relevant experience in data entry operations.
