Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Data Entry Operator is to input and update information into databases and computer systems. This includes transferring data from paper documents or digital files into spreadsheets, databases, or other software programs. Data Entry Operators also verify and ensure the accuracy of the data being entered.

In addition to data entry tasks, Data Entry Operators may also be responsible for organizing and maintaining files and records, as well as performing other administrative tasks as needed.
