key responsibilities:

performing routine maintenance tasks such as data backups and ensuring data security and confidentiality

maintaining records and logs of daily operations and activities

operating and maintaining office equipment, including computers and printers

assisting with general office administration tasks as required

communicating effectively with team members and management

required qualifications & skills:

education: high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer applications (., dca or equivalent) is a plus

experience: basic computer knowledge is essential. prior experience in a similar role or data entry is an advantage

skills:

proficiency in basic computer applications, including ms office (word, excel)

strong attention to detail and accuracy

good organizational and time management skills

ability to work independently with minimal supervision

effective communication skills (verbal and written)
