Performance Bonus Up to 2,500/month Additional, based on clear monthly metrics

Accuracy Excellence: 1,000 for maintaining 99%+ data accuracy

Productivity Champion: 1,000 for exceeding daily targets consistently

Punctuality Pro: 500 for 100% on-time task completion

Maximum Possible Bonus: 2,500 every month
