Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling: Call customers and collect important data.

Data Entry: Enter and update customer information into our CRM system accurately.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Customer Support: Help with basic queries and keep records up to date.

Skills You Need:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (you€™ll be using it daily).

Ability to type accurately in English.

Good communication skills for making and receiving calls.

Attention to detail to ensure data is entered correctly.
