A data manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, and analyzing data and data systems. A data manager ensures that all of this is always done with the utmost security and confidentiality, and in a timely manner. You will be responsible to supervise companys numerous data systems and networks.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Creation of complex sheets of data/Systems into one (Merging

and creating collaborating data sets).

Google script writing automating the processes of the

company as per management guidelines.

Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data.

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Research and obtain further information for incomplete data.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.

Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Make Flow chart monitoring sheets (FMS) and Project Monitoring sheets (PMS).

Skill Requirements:

Excel VBA, Excel Formulas, Google app script, Google Scripting, Google data studio, Google sites JAVA script

Ms Office (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google sheets Filters (Basic, Advance, conditional) V- Look up, H Lookup, Pivot table and chart, import/export data

Basic MySQL, Macros
