Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business objectives and decision-making.

Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to generate meaningful insights.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through detailed analysis.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.

Maintain reporting templates, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.

Present findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.

Knowledge of dashboard creation and data visualization techniques.

Experience in procurement analysis, spend analysis, supplier performance analysis, or category reporting.

Familiarity with KPI reporting, operational reporting, and trend analysis.
