€¢ Develop and maintain advanced Apache Superset dashboards tailored for healthcare KPIs and operational metrics

€¢ Write, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple healthcare systems

€¢ Collaborate with data engineering and clinical teams to define and model datasets for visualisation

€¢ Ensure dashboards comply with healthcare data governance, privacy (., HIPAA), and audit requirements

€¢ Monitor performance, implement row-level security, and maintain a robust Superset configuration

€¢ Translate clinical and operational requirements into meaningful visual stories

🧰 Required Skills & Experience

€¢ 1+ years of domain experience in healthcare analytics or working with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, patient outcomes, etc.)

€¢ 3+ years of experience working with Apache Superset in a production environment

€¢ Strong command over SQL, including query tuning, joins, aggregations, and complex transformations

€¢ Hands-on experience with data modelling and relational database design

€¢ Solid understanding of clinical terminology, healthcare KPIs, and reporting workflows

€¢ Experience in working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other SQL-based databases

€¢ Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-facing skills
