job summary:

we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical data analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. the ideal candidate will support decision-making across departments by building dashboards, conducting statistical analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

key responsibilities:

- collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.

- develop interactive dashboards and reports using power bi or tableau.

- perform trend analysis and predictive modeling using python or r.

- collaborate with business units to define kpis and data-driven strategies.

- ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.

required skills:

- proficiency in sql, excel, and data visualization tools.

- working knowledge of python or r for statistical analysis.

- strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- experience with erp or hrms data (preferred for manufacturing/pharma sectors).

qualifications:

- bachelor��s or master��s in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
