Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will support decision-making across departments by building dashboards, conducting statistical analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

- Perform trend analysis and predictive modeling using Python or R.

- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and data-driven strategies.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

- Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with ERP or HRMS data (preferred for manufacturing/pharma sectors).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor��s or Master��s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
