Roles and Responsibilities

· Responsible for making calls and regular follow up on lead assigned.

· Contact potential or existing patient to inform about the earKART's services.

· Explaining the features and their benefits.

· Enter and update patient response in the database.

· Address patient any question and queries.

· Offer solution based on patient needs and requirement.

· Book Patient's appointment

· Keeping patient updated .

· Convert the leads into potential customer.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Good Regional Language communication skill.
