client: telecom company

process: inbound customer support (us voice)

salary: rs. 17,000 to 22,000 per month

shift timing: 07:00 pm to 4:00 am

working days: 5 days (monday to friday)

experience: 1 to 4 years in the international voice process.

qualification: intermediate or above

skills:

* should have excellent communication skills (english).

* good interpretation skills.

* us or neutral accent.

* good telephone etiquette.

* minimum of 1-year experience in any voice support. (customer support).

* ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
