JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduates.
• Excellent English Communication Skills with fluent Hindi.
• Neutral Indian Accent in English
• Coordinating between the customers and technical team and resolving the issues.
• Semi Voice Process(Call/eMail/Chat) – predominantly Voice
• Hard worker and quick learner.
• Quick Adaptation to new ideas and methodology.
• Flexibility with Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts) between 9am IST to 7pm IST.
• Must be flexible to extend in case of business requirements
• A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office applications.

Salary: INR 2, 50,000 – 3, 50,000 .
