• excellent english communication skills with fluent hindi.

• neutral indian accent in english

• coordinating between the customers and technical team and resolving the issues.

• semi voice process(call/email/chat) – predominantly voice

• hard worker and quick learner.

• quick adaptation to new ideas and methodology.

• flexibility with rotational and day shifts (no night shifts) between 9am ist to 7pm ist.

• must be flexible to extend in case of business requirements

• a good team player with desire to learn, perform and grow.

• basic knowledge of computer and microsoft office applications.
