Job description
Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
To provide exceptional customer service to customers through inbound/outbound or chat/email mediums
Required Candidate profile
Fluency in Hindi Language must
Qualification - SSLC/HSC/Any Degree
Basic working knowledge of computers
Experience - 3 to 5 Year experience on NBFC-MFI & Banking
Exposure in BPO voice process will be added advantage
Immediate joiners preferable.
