This is an on-site full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Noida. The Customer Relationship Management Executive is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships by establishing and maintaining positive customer interactions. The Executive will be in charge of customer retention, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any customer concerns. The Executive will work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Practical Knowledge of MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Table)
