Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills for a reputed travel company process. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and voice calls, related to travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via chat and voice calls.
Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, etc.
Provide prompt and accurate information on travel packages, airline policies, and company services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Resolve issues effectively within TAT (Turn Around Time).
Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners when needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
Minimum 6 months1 year of experience in BPO/customer support (travel domain preferred)
Knowledge of GDS systems (like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an added advantage
Comfortable with chat and voice calling
Good typing speed and computer skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts (if required)
