� Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Industrial automation systems
� Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
� Draft and submit Service reports
� Suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations
� Adhere to company Rules & Regulations strictly
� Carry out the Job as per Team Leader Instructions to meet Customer Satisfaction.
� Job profile demands extensive travelling & working on late hours and Sundays.
� Identify and participate in Sales opportunities for new AMC and Renewal.
