Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Industrial automation systems
Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Draft and submit Service reports
Suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations
Adhere to company Rules & Regulations strictly
Carry out the Job as per Team Leader Instructions to meet Customer Satisfaction.
Job profile demands extensive travelling & working on late hours and Sundays.
Identify and participate in Sales opportunities for new AMC and Renewal.
