Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Needs to do order Verification's. Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products. Verify/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process order verification.

• Follow up with customer as well as shipping team to ensure the delivery

• Analyse Potential customer & make them future buyers.
