and outbound cold calls.

Convince/encourage clients for site visit.

Generate sales leads.

Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and

addressing their queries.

Interact with clients to determine business requirements.

Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the

customers periodically.

Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the on-going

and future projects uniqueness.

Capable in handling inbound and outbound calls and explain about

the project.

Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation.

Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and

address complaints.

Desire Candidate Profile:

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably

over the phone.

Should have a proven track record in inbound and outbound in B2C

Sales.

Must be highly energetic, self-motivated.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and

address complaints.

Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum years of experience

in inbound and outbound calls Direct Sales in Residential Plotting

and Residential Real Estate.

Proven ability to generate the sale leads through Outbound and

Inbound calls.

Outgoing and energetic attitude, Good listening skills, Multi -

tasking ability, Excellent problem - solving capabilities, Computer

experience

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be fluent with the local language.

Must have sound Oral and Written Communication skills.

Languages Known: Telugu (Mandatory), English (Mandatory), Hindi

(Mandatory).
