Job Role: Customer Support Executive - Semi Voice Process

Work Location: Multiple locations across Bangalore

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply (Versant Level 5 skills preferred)

Experienced candidates with prior customer support/chat process experience are preferred

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)

Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Compensation

CTC: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month

Final salary will be determined based on interview performance and experience

Candidates will be assessed during the interview process and may be assigned to any of the multiple customer support processes available with the client based on their skills and performance.
