job summary:

as a customer support agent in our international voice process, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assistance to our international clients.

key responsibilities:

1. handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.

2. deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

3. assist customers with service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

4. ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.

qualifications and skills:

- minimum qualification: any degree

- looking for freshers and experienced

- should be flexible to work in night shifts

- excellent verbal communication skills in english

- customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities

- ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment

additional benefits:

- 6 days working with 1 fixed off day

- two way cab facility will be provided

- salary ranges between 2 - 4 lpa
