There are two primary responsibilities. To learn about the buttons & it rates and taking it out & selling it to customer.

Should be fluent in Hindi. Will be conversing with the customer; thus, must be polite and patiently listen and communicate about everything. Should have convincing skills. Should be polite & punctual & work consistently for longer period of time (REQUIREMENT of Permanent Members).

The main quality is observe, learn & then apply.

Work experience of at least a year or two is required. If a worker shows promise, incentives will be offered.
