we are hiring for the sbi renewal process. the role involves assisting customers with their insurance policy renewals, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound calls related to sbi policy renewals
assist customers with policy-related queries
provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
maintain customer records and update necessary data
eligibility criteria:
education: 12th pass (hsc) or graduate
experience: freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in bpo preferred)
age limit: 18 to 35 years
communication: average to good english communication skills
gender: male & female both eligible
