As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s service goals. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance:** Engage with customers directly over phone, email, or in person to address their questions and concerns, ensuring they feel valued and heard.

- **Documentation:** Accurately record and update customer interactions and feedback in the database, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of inquiries.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience and escalate any significant issues when necessary.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

A Diploma is required for this position. We are looking for freshers who possess strong communication skills in English and Tamil, allowing for clear interaction with customers. You should have a friendly demeanor, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential for managing customer records efficiently.
