### **Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Call Centre)**

#### **Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
* Follow company guidelines and maintain call quality standards.
#### **Eligibility Criteria:**
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
* **Freshers cannot apply.**
* **Minimum 3 months of BPO experience is mandatory.**
* **Intermediate level of English communication is required.**
* Basic computer knowledge is essential.
#### **Job Details:**
* Day Shift only.
* Sunday Fixed Off + Selective Government Holidays.
* No Sales / No Targets.
* KPI-based Incentives.
* Immediate Joiners Preferred.
