Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and a passion for helping others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Respond to Customer Inquiries**: Assist customers by answering queries about products, services, and order status, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.

- **Resolve Customer Issues**: Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, demonstrating problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

- **Maintain Customer Records**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database to ensure all information is up to date and accessible.

- **Communicate with Other Departments**: Collaborate with other teams effectively to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback on common issues.

- **Follow Up with Customers**: Reach out to customers post-interaction to ensure their issues were resolved satisfactorily, fostering relationships and customer loyalty.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. A high school diploma (12th pass) is required. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude to connect with customers effectively. Proficiency with computers and basic software applications is necessary to manage customer information efficiently. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this role.
