Responsibilities and Duties:
Should be able to handle outbound calls related to customers' requests, queries and complaints.
Fluent in English with “excellent verbal and communication skills’.
Convincing Skill
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Age Criteria - Up to 30
Qualification - Graduation, HSC, SSC From English Medium
Experience- Min 1 year of exp in same field CSR
Salary Range- 12k to 36k
Timings- 07:30 PM To 05:30 AM ( iscon location )
