Hiring Freshers || Customer Representative

- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner: As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns efficiently.

- Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns: You will need to have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company in order to provide accurate information to customers, assist them in placing orders, and handle returns if necessary.

- Assist customers with product-related issues and provide solutions: It will be your responsibility to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints that customers may have regarding the products or services they have purchased.

- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers: You should be able to remain calm and courteous when dealing with challenging or irate customers, and strive to provide excellent customer service at all times.
