Customer Relationship Manager

1) The candidate shall be involved in all activities post sales & after sales service activations.

2) Preferably graduate girls with 2-3 years experience in similar position.

3) The candidate shall be responsible for co-ordination of all after-sales service requirements, maintenance of Sales/Customer history and closure of break-down as well as preventive service calls.

4) Candidates should know to speak Hindi, English, Tamil.

5) Self motivated with drive and verve to achieve targets set.

6) Knowledge of Accounting, Invoicing, quotations and closure documents preferred. This position will be based on Chennai.
