€¢ Calling the customers of 1st , 2nd and 3rd free services and taking appointments.

€¢ Calling the customers of Periodic maintenance customers and taking appointments.

€¢ Calling the post service follow up customer and make complaints report.

€¢ To call JD power customers

€¢ Attending the Reception calls.

€¢ No show customers follow up.

€¢ Sending service greetings.

€¢ Acknowledge and welcome each customer to the facility.

€¢ Any other work assigned from time to time.
