We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success

Team as a Customer Success — Associate upon successfully completing our traineeship

program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success,

Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What You Will Do:

● Learn our platform Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment

business.

● Handle client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience.

● Understand and convey customer needs to the team.

● Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.

● Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.

● Build and nurture client relationships.

● Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Traineeship Details:

● Trainee ship Program: 6 months; hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 per

month.

● Full-Time Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the training program and

based on performance, you may be offered a full-time position as Customer

Success – Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary +

INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay)
