Equipped in solving all the queries and escalations in minimum contact attempts

Provide field sales assistance when required by assigning the task to the concerned team and keep a follow

up for closure

Maintain customer database on a regular basis

Maintain call quality and average call handling time

Understand customer's requirement and provide relevant solution and assistance

Go the extra mile to meet customer expectations and provide resolutions
