Opening For Customer Care Representative

Will be responsible to handle outbound and inbound calls from the

prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will visit the

clinic.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients'

requests.

Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about

products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of

complaints.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance

related expectations.

Maintain the database of the leads on a regular basis, create and

maintain proper records for all calls on the CRM.

Salary- 15k to 40k
