Opening For Customer Care Representative

Will be responsible to handle outbound and inbound calls from the

prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will visit the

clinic.

€¢ Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients'

requests.

€¢ Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about

products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of

complaints.

€¢ Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance

related expectations.

€¢ Maintain the database of the leads on a regular basis, create and

maintain proper records for all calls on the CRM.

Salary- 15k to 40k
