We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Manager (CCM) to oversee customer service operations in the automobile sector. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing service teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer service operations for sales and after-sales support
Handle customer complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution
Develop and implement customer satisfaction strategies (CSI)
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards
Coordinate with service, sales, and technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain customer feedback records and generate reports
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to improve retention
Train and guide customer care executives and service advisors
Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and retention targets
