We bring a curated collection of beauty products directly to customers’ homes, allowing them to try different products, shades, and formulas before purchasing only what they love.

About the role

We’re hiring Customer Excellence Interns to become the voice of Pokus across WhatsApp, calls, and chat.

You’ll guide customers through their Pokus experience, assist with bookings and orders, resolve concerns, and help interested customers make confident purchase decisions.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. You’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with our operations and product teams.

Key responsibilities

Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, calls, and chat

Assist customers with bookings, orders, and product-related queries

Follow up with interested customers and support conversions

Resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth customer experiences

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collect customer feedback and share useful insights with the team

Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey

Who we’re looking for

Excellent professional English, both spoken and written

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused

Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership

Available for at least eight working hours per day

Able to commit to the complete three-month internship

Able to work from our Bangalore office every working day

Available to join immediately or within one week

No previous experience is required. Fresh graduates and students who meet the working-hour requirements are welcome to apply.
